Design Process

Email Design & User Flow

I redesigned the email experience strategy integrated with Klaviyo, optimizing user flows across the customer journey including welcome series, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups, and win-back campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Amazon Design

I led the visual design and content architecture for ever-pretty's Amazon storefront and A+ product pages, creating cohesive brand experiences that enhanced product storytelling and drove customer confidence across the marketplace platform.

Advertising Design

I collaborated with the marketing team to create performance-driven ad creatives for Instagram and Google Ads, developing visually compelling assets that maintained brand identity while optimizing for platform-specific engagement.
