I led the end-to-end redesign of ever-pretty’s email experience, aligning visual design with user intent across lifecycle and marketing emails. By integrating Figma design systems with Klaviyo performance insights, I created scalable, brand-cohesive email templates that improved clarity, consistency, and engagement across key customer touchpoints.
